About The Position

The OT Assistant is responsible for providing treatment for residents/patients under the occupational therapy plan of care as established by the therapist.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, in good standing.

Responsibilities

• providing treatment for residents/patients under the occupational therapy plan of care as established by the therapist.
• interacts with residents/patients, family members, responsible party and other health care team members, while maintaining standards of professional conduct.
• complies with regulatory standards of the American Occupational Therapy Association, the Department of Health, and any other professional guidelines or standards.
