The company's mission is to deliver high-quality, efficient infrastructure solutions while maintaining fair pricing and exceeding client expectations. The Outside Plant Engineer will be responsible for tasks related to OSP engineering, network design, OSP construction, and ensuring the efficient deployment of fiber optics infrastructure. This is a full-time hybrid role where the candidate will work from a home office but is required to attend in-person meetings with local permitting offices, municipalities, and occasional site visits within their assigned market (Greater Chicago, Phoenix, or Orlando area).

Requirements

• Outside Plant (OSP) and OSP Engineering skills
• IQGEO, VETRO, AutoCAD Experience
• FTTH Network Design expertise
• OSP Construction knowledge
• Experience in OSP deployment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Katapult, Ocalc, Make Ready Analysis
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of Network Design
• Expertise in Telecommunications Engineering
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
• Thorough understanding of Permit Applications
