About The Position

Telum is seeking a Journeyman OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to conduct advanced collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) using publicly and commercially available information. You’ll fuse open-source data with multi-INT reporting to produce actionable assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT/exploitation, cyber operations, and indications & warnings.

Requirements

  • 4+ years total experience as an intelligence analyst within DoD or the U.S. Intelligence Community.
  • 1+ year hands-on OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting (SOF support preferred).
  • Proficiency with current all-source tools, databases, and repositories.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSINT/PAI tools, platforms, and data sources (commercial and public).
  • Background in several of the following: Regional Analysis , Geo-political Analysis , HUMINT/SIGINT analysis , Geospatial analysis , bulk data analytics , public records research , or investigative analysis .
  • Excellent written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal briefing skills; able to brief O-4/GS-13 level and above.
  • Active TS with SCI eligibility at time of application.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting USSOCOM/SOF requirements.
  • Familiarity with link-analysis, entity resolution, and data enrichment workflows.
  • Scripting or automation for OSINT/PAI (e.g., API use, basic Python) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end OSINT/PAI collection, PED, analysis, targeting support, and reporting.
  • Leverage public records, commercial datasets, social/media platforms, and geospatial/open data to build multi-INT assessments.
  • Interface with Intelligence Community partners to synchronize requirements and disseminate products.
  • Generate concise, decision-quality intelligence that supports SOF missions, I&W, and operational planning.
  • Brief findings to O-4/GS-13 audiences and collaborate with all-source/HUMINT/SIGINT/GEOINT teams.
  • Maintain disciplined tradecraft, data hygiene, and compliance with legal/policy guidance.
