Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally-qualified candidate to serve as an Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) / Publicly Available Information (PAI) Targeting Analyst at the Senior-level.
Provide support and engage in the target development process in both CONUS and deployed environments in support of intelligence collection, CT and or counter proliferation.
Conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources.
Enable the F3EAD targeting cycle driving Intelligence collection support to target development and production.
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
A minimum of six (6) years of experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies is required with four (4) years at the operational level.
Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting.
Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience).
Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories.
Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology.
Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.
Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred.
