About The Position

OSINT Analysts are responsible for conducting advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. OSINT Analysts shall interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates. OSINT Analysts shall fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments. Essential Functions Responsible for researching, developing, and presenting PAI intelligence products at the tactical and operational. Research emerging open source and social media applications of social networking, collaborates with industry and academia subject matter experts, and interfaces with other Government agencies to identify new and emerging social network analysis methodologies, techniques and analytical tools. Identify and support the collection of open-source data to support multi-intelligence fusion analysis in a collaborative environment. Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemy personnel, as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, and threat analysis. Responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories.
  • Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology.
  • Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.
  • Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Medically able to deploy to foreign area advanced bases.
  • Able to wear body armor, helmet and other PPE when required.
  • Able to run, walk, crawl moderate distances.

Nice To Haves

  • DOD, DoS, DHS, or equivalent training/course completion preferred.
  • Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
