About The Position

Bluehawk is seeking a Mid-Level OSINT Collector (Mandarin) to support INDOPACOM intelligence requirements through language-enabled open-source collection and exploitation. The analyst will collect, translate, and analyze publicly and commercially available information to produce high-quality Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) supporting defense and operational missions.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI (CI Polygraph preferred)
  • Mandarin proficiency (DLPT Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (within the last 2 years)
  • Minimum 3 years of OSIR writing experience
  • Completion of one of the following: Army BOSIC DIA BOSC 301 or 302 DIA BOTC or AOTC Equivalent commercial OSINT training
  • Ability to rapidly translate and contextualize foreign-language materials into English
  • Strong analytic writing skills aligned with DIA standards
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience working independently with minimal oversight
  • Ability to collaborate across IC partners and mission stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail in OSINT collection planning and execution

Nice To Haves

  • Experience producing OSIRs in accordance with DIEM guidance
  • Familiarity with DIA Style Manual for Intelligence Production

Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, translate, and exploit foreign open-source information (PAI/CAI/social media)
  • Conduct structured OSINT collection, including data mining and social network exploitation
  • Fuse multi-source information into finished OSIRs that provide mission-relevant insights
  • Develop and execute OSINT collection plans aligned with Combatant Command priorities
  • Produce clear, concise intelligence reporting in accordance with DIA writing standards
  • Support Requests for Information (RFIs) with timely and actionable responses
  • Apply OSINT tools and methodologies to analyze complex regional and mission-specific issues
  • Maintain working relationships across the IC, law enforcement, and operational stakeholders
  • Continuously improve OSINT collection, processing, and dissemination methodologies
