Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon Opening in Dallas, Texas Methodist Medical Group (MMG) a premier physician-led organization affiliated with Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas, is actively seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible, Orthopedic Trauma fellowship trained physician. This position offers an excellent opportunity to practice the full scope of orthopedic trauma surgery in a high-volume, Level I trauma center with state-of-the-art facilities and strong support from a collaborative team of specialists. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
Board certification or board eligibility in Orthopedic Trauma surgery
Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas, or the ability to obtain one
Strong clinical and surgical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team
Dedication to providing the highest quality of patient care

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management of orthopedic trauma patients, including complex fractures and musculoskeletal injuries
Participate in trauma call coverage on a rotating schedule
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including hospitalists, intensivists, emergency physicians, and other surgical specialists
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements
Participate in quality initiatives and performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes.
