Surgical Affiliates Management Group (SAMGI) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our collaborative team in Tucson, AZ, supporting a State Level 1 and ACS Level 2 Trauma Center. The Opportunity Trauma Fellowship Trained Orthopedic Surgeon Expertise in Pelvic and Acetabular Fracture Management required Work alongside a partner Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon Provide Orthopedic Trauma and Acute Care Surgery (ACS) coverage 183 24-hour shifts annually Enjoy a balance of OR time and follow-up clinic Work in 4 to 7-day stretches with built-in recovery time 24/7 Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support

Requirements

• BC/BE in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
• Completion of Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship
• Demonstrated experience in high-acuity trauma care
• Expertise in Pelvic and Acetabular Fracture Management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide Orthopedic Trauma and Acute Care Surgery (ACS) coverage
• Work alongside a partner Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
• Balance of OR time and follow-up clinic
• Work in 4 to 7-day stretches
• 183 24-hour shifts annually
