About The Position

As an Orthopedic Sales Consultant , you’ll be the face of Movora within your territory — building relationships with veterinary professionals, growing sales, and connecting customers with products that make a real impact. Requirements

  • Prior experience in outside sales (medical, veterinary, or device industry preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel frequently (Up to 75%)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory by developing strong relationships with veterinary surgeons, clinic owners, and staff
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions, both in-clinic and at conferences
  • Provide in-surgery support and technical guidance on product usage when needed
  • Develop strategic account plans and monitor performance against sales goals
  • Represent Movora at industry trade shows, veterinary events, and training workshops
  • Stay current on product knowledge, surgical techniques, and market trends
  • Work closely with internal teams (customer service, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Report on market conditions, competitor activity, and customer feedback
