About The Position
We are looking for an amazing Orthodontic Financial Coordinator to join our West Covina practice! Job Type: Full-time. Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Sat 8:00 am- 2:00 pm Hourly + Monthly Bonuses + Benefits Pay $23-$28 (Negotiable DOE) A minimum of 1 year as a pediatric/orthodontic dental office manager; must have a thorough knowledge of dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans along Denti-cal. The high-priority candidate will have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. Please do not apply if you do not have dental experience. Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year as a pediatric/orthodontic dental office manager; must have a thorough knowledge of dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans along Denti-cal
- MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- An upbeat personality is a MUST
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Clean, neat professional appearance
Nice To Haves
- Previous dental front office experience is highly preferred.
- Bi-lingual Spanish desired.
Responsibilities
- Treatment planning
- Familiar with financing such as Care Credit/Lending Club
- Familiar with electronic billing and billing knowledge
- Able to meet monthly production/collection goals
- Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a plus!
- Knowledge of Dentical, PPO, and HMO Billing
