We’re currently seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team and be the first point of contact for patients starting their orthodontic journey. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in orthodontics or dental treatment coordination preferred, but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for patient care

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide new patients through the orthodontic consultation process
• Present treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and professional manner
• Educate patients and parents about recommended treatment options, financial plans, and timelines
• Coordinate scheduling of appointments and follow-ups
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and clinical team members
• Help patients understand and navigate insurance benefits and payment options
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed properly
