Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator
About The Position
Varble Orthodontics is an Orthodontic office in Creve Coeur, MO 63141 and Saint Peters, MO 63304. We are creative, collaborative, fun and our goal is to create healthy smiles and have fun doing it! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical or dental settings and possess knowledge of various scheduling systems and terminology. This position is full time and will serve both of our brand new, state-of-the art locations in Creve Coeur and Saint Peters, MO.
Requirements
- A friendly, positive demeanor with patients, parents and office team members
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
- A thorough knowledge of dentistry and/or willingness to learn
- Ability to work Monday- Thursday 7:15 am to 4:40 pm, Fridays 7:15 am to 2 pm
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Utilize orthodontic scheduling software to book, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Communicate with patients to provide appointment details and instructions
- Collaborate with orthodontic clinical staff to ensure proper scheduling of procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and appointment logs
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to scheduling orthodontic appointments
