Origination Specialist
About The Position
This position is to serve as the first point of contact for all incoming referrals, including calls from patients and referral sources. They will handle this initial contact with grace and swiftness using a smiling phone voice. They must be well versed in all services provided by Rehab Associates clinics, historical trends in insurances, direct access regulations, local referral sources, the Rehab Associates registration process, FOTO, and the Rehab Associates website. Maintain the privacy of patients both within the clinic and outside of work, following HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Excellent in-person and phone customer service
- Close attention to detail
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service
