We are recruiting Orientation Leaders for the 2026 Spring semester Serving as an Orientation Leader (OL) is an honor and a rewarding opportunity for personal and professional growth. OLs serve as peer educators, group facilitators, performers, resource contacts, and role models to new students and their families during their transition to Barry University. New Student Orientation selects a group of mature and dedicated undergraduate student leaders to assist with implementing Orientation programs each year. The training for this position will be compensated with room and board. Working hours will be compensated at $16.00 per hour. Any time worked beyond 40 hours will be compensated at time and a half.
