Orientation Leaders (OLs) are energetic student leaders who help new first-year and transfer students feel confident, connected, and excited to begin their journey at UW-Parkside. OLs play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging transition experience for approximately 500 first-year students, 300 transfer students, and 250 family members and guests each summer. As an Orientation Leader, you will develop leadership, communication, and public speaking skills while serving as a proud ambassador for UW-Parkside and building meaningful connections with fellow student leaders. Meals will be provided during Orientation events and some days during training. Why Be an Orientation Leader?
