About The Position

The Apple Services Engineering team builds products and services for our customers, and helps the rest of Apple do that too. These are the people responsible for products such as Apple Music, Podcasts, TV+, tvOS, App Store, iCloud, Business & Education, as well as technologies like Commerce, Search & Recommendations, Data Platform, and many more. The AI, Search & Knowledge Platforms team builds amazing products and services for Apple's customers while serving as a foundational partner to teams across Apple. The team delivers world-class AI, search, and knowledge systems powering Siri, Apple Intelligence, Safari, and iMessage, and operates the foundational platforms and infrastructure that keep these intelligent experiences running at hyperscale. And they do it on a massive scale, meeting Appleʼs high expectations with high performance to deliver services in over 35 languages to more than 175 countries. We’re looking for a collaborative, organized and strategic team member with a passion for improving organizational efficiency, establishing business process and managing change and ongoing rhythm of business alongside leadership. You will work in a range of capacities from strategic planning, promoting effective communication, process development, and lead special projects. You will join a team of program managers who provide dedicated support to senior leaders in Apple Services Engineering. You’ll primarily support our AI, Search and Knowledge Platform teams engineering, partnering with the leadership team to define and execute strategic organizational development initiatives and business priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ year experience as a Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, Business Manager or similar
  • Experience working with software engineering organizations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience working with software engineering organizations preferred
  • Experience with Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and other Apple tools preferred
