About The Position

Typical Life Corporation is looking for an Organizational Performance Partner. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance, risk management, and compliance activities for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) services. The purpose of this role is to enhance the quality of care provided, with the expectation of supporting the organization's goal to foster growth across all positions. This role is primarily responsible for: Ensuring safe, person-centered services Ensuring services are compliant with regulations and accreditation standards Assisting with continuous improvement and performance enhancement initiatives Leading audits Conducting in-home visits across various shifts (Other job-related tasks may be assigned as the role develops)

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma/GED
  • ODP Quality Management Certification (or willingness to obtain it within 90 days of employment)
  • Valid Driver's License in the state you reside
  • Certification from a licensed independent practitioner that the person is free of contagious disease
