About The Position

The RMS Organizational Effectiveness team is responsible for leading strategic projects that accelerate our organization transformation. We deliver value to our customers and fuel business growth by supporting leaders in RMS to: Build organizations that can deliver on their strategic priorities Motivate their teams to embrace change and achieve our strategic imperatives Build relationships that create trust, open dialogue, and transparency The Organizational Effectiveness Senior Consultant will design and execute interventions to improve organization performance and advance the RMS strategy. The successful candidate will be expected to assist business leaders with completing organization design, organization effectiveness interventions, and strategic planning. This position will be expected to serve as a subject matter expert in organization development practices for the RMS business.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of completing organization designs and restructuring activities for complex organizations demonstrating expertise in this area
  • A minimum of 5 years of delivering in house workshops such as senior leader meetings, business strategy working sessions, and new leader assimilations
  • Experience consulting with leaders to assess organizational needs and implement appropriate HR interventions such as organization restructuring or organization transformation
  • Experience building relationships and influencing decision making at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proactive identification and communication of issues that may impede an initiative and the ability to use critical thinking skills to determine alternative solutions
  • Demonstrated effective project management, communication, consulting, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally

Nice To Haves

  • MBA/Master’s Degree in Organization Behavior or related area
  • HRBP Experience
  • Proven ability to represent key performance indicators and business drivers in recommendations
  • Ability to apply innovative approaches to existing solutions
  • Experience using organization effectiveness tools/models such as Galbraith Organization Design Model, Business Model Canvas, and Brave New Work
  • Prior experience with a large Management or Human Capital Consulting Firm
  • Fully engages and understands customer needs; champion of the customer experience and facilitating process improvement
