The Organizational Development (OD) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating strategies that improve organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with leadership and HR to assess organizational needs, lead change initiatives, and develop programs that strengthen operational effectiveness, such as career development, succession planning, and performance management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development, HR, or talent management.
  • Proven experience leading organizational change and development initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development principles and change management methodologies.
  • Experience with leadership development, engagement strategies, and performance management.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

  • Experience in healthcare, corporate, or fast-paced environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with engagement survey tools and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement organization-wide OD strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead change management initiatives, including restructuring, growth, and transformation efforts.
  • Assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements to structure, processes, and culture.
  • Develop and facilitate change management plans, communication strategies, and adoption metrics.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs for leaders and high-potential employees.
  • Partner with leaders to identify development needs and create targeted learning solutions.
  • Support succession planning and talent pipeline development.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness.
  • Lead employee engagement surveys and action planning initiatives.
  • Analyze engagement data and recommend strategies to improve employee experience.
  • Support culture-building initiatives aligned with organizational values.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to strengthen retention and morale.
  • Support the design and continuous improvement of performance management processes.
  • Facilitate goal alignment, feedback, and performance calibration processes.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop tools, frameworks, and resources to support high-performing teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR business partners.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support workforce planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide internal consulting on organizational challenges and improvement opportunities.
