The Work You Will Do: Join our Organizational Development Office to help shape the future of transportation by creating impactful learning experiences as a Curriculum Designer! In this role, you’ll design innovative training programs that empower professionals across the state. From interactive virtual courses to dynamic instructor-led sessions, you will craft engaging materials that make learning meaningful and effective. What You Will Do: Lead the way in learning design: Develop and enhance programs using best practices in instructional design and adult learning. Drive collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create high-quality, relevant content. Leverage technology: Use cutting-edge tools and platforms to boost learner engagement and improve outcomes. Manage projects with precision: Oversee timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure success. Keep systems running smoothly: Maintain training data in the LMS and provide technical support for learning platforms. Shape statewide standards: Assist in updating policies and aligning programs with strategic objectives. Champion data-driven decisions: Collect, analyze, and share insights to enhance professional development and engagement.
