About The Position

Responsibilities Assist in ongoing training and development through LifeScience Logistics New Employee Orientation and LSL University (LSL U). Provide back-up coverage to reception desk in the absence of the Executive Support Specialist. Effective communication proficiencies utilizing a variety of media. Create, maintain, and monitor company social media tools and company Informational Kiosks. Assist with planning and execution of monthly Organizational Development events. Create, scan, and maintain personnel files for all personnel. Manage the creation of the company yearbook. Manage corporate Identification Badge creation and maintenance logs. Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Job Specifications Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management desired or in progress, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training Knowledge MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Knowledge of, or can learn Clipchamp, Screen Cloud, Canva, or similar media software. Exhibit exceptional interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and customers Business casual dress required. In office 5 days per week required. Demonstration of the following: Effective time management skills Impeccable verbal and written communication skills Ability to conduct appropriate research as needed Strong presentation skills Attention to detail and organization Critical thinking Interest to work in a fast-paced environment Technical Expertise Beginning public speaking and presentation skills Ability to adhere to budget guidelines Experience utilizing web-based telecommunication software Additional Employment Requirements Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check and drug screen) Must have a valid driver’s license Physical/Mental/Visual Demands Work is light to medium in nature with frequent walking to perform assigned tasks Must be able to safely conduct occasional lifting of 25 lbs. Working Conditions Activities occur primarily inside with occasional local travel. Hazardous conditions may exist if present in an LSL distribution center, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts.
