The Organizational Change Manager plays a critical role in translating strategic priorities into practical, firmwide initiatives that stick. You'll partner with firm leadership, the AI Committee, and cross-functional teams to design and implement change initiatives—from technology pilots to process transformations—ensuring adoption is clear, well-supported, and aligned with our culture. This isn't project coordination; it's strategic execution that shapes how 600+ professionals work. Your impact will be firmwide. You'll analyze and build the frameworks, communication plans, and adoption strategies that help our teams embrace change while staying focused on exceptional client service.
