Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
  • Minimum 5-7+ years of relevant experience related to successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of job/role/organization design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, sponsorship alignment, communication execution, and training management
  • 2 full lifecycle implementations related to ERP Implementations
  • Demonstrated ERP platform experience in SAP S4 HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, or equivalent
  • Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Strong technical document writing and communication skills
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to facilitate discussions with C-suite executives
  • Detailed oriented, analytical, and good organization skills
  • Capable of leading meetings with internal and external clients’ resources (remote, local)
  • Microsoft Project Planning
  • Easily assimilates into Huron’s values and corporate culture
  • Ability to travel 50%

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and manage change deliverables that will enable users to successfully transition from current state to future state
  • Develop a stakeholder assessment and organizational readiness plan
  • Outline the leadership engagement program
  • Develop the communications plan and training strategy
  • Conduct preliminary change impact assessment based on defined rollout and technical solution
  • Develop overall change management strategy and rollout plan
  • Identify brand awareness program requirements
  • Develop risk mitigation planning strategies
  • OCM tactical project plan and execution details
