About The Position

Now is the time to bring your expertise to an Organizational Change Management role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.
As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Communications Specialist with Insight, you will execute the communication strategy and support the successful adoption of SAP systems, including S/4HANA. We will count on you to collaborate closely with project teams, business leaders, and change agents to drive awareness, understanding, and commitment across all stakeholder groups. Along the way, you will create clear, engaging, and targeted messaging aligned to project milestones and change objectives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management communications, preferably supporting large-scale ERP implementations.
• Strong familiarity with SAP systems and business processes, with S/4HANA experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and email platforms.
• Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive communication plan aligned with SAP project milestones and OCM objectives.
• Identify stakeholder groups and tailor messaging to address their specific needs and concerns.
• Create and manage communication collateral including newsletters, FAQs, executive toolkits, talking points, and digital content.
• Manage multiple communication channels to ensure timely, consistent, and effective messaging.
