Overview: As the Organizational Capability Advisor, you will lead the design and implementation of the framework that measures and accelerates the maturity of critical organizational capabilities – such as product delivery and agility, information management, and customer management – across all lines of business in partnership with capability leaders. This is a high-profile, strategic role that will enable the Board and senior executives to make informed decisions that shape the future of the enterprise. This role blends evaluative research, consulting, change management, and organizational psychology to create actionable insights and drive strategic maturation.
