About The Position

The Organizational Development & Culture Specialist is a dynamic, strategic role responsible for leading initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee engagement. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to deliver data driven development programs, engagement strategies, and change management efforts that support DTNA’s high-performance culture and business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in organizational development, culture transformation, or related HR function.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering high‑impact learning and development programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform organizational decisions.
  • Proven facilitation, project management, and change management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including data management in Excel and presentation design in PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing employee communications.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance programs or ways of working.
  • Experience using Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement organizational development and culture initiatives aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead leadership development efforts by identifying current and future skills and competencies needs and developing targeted programs and tools.
  • Collect and analyze organizational data, including engagement survey and performance metrics, to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and strategic planning sessions to drive engagement, alignment, and change.
  • Partner with HR, DTNA business leaders, and the internal communications team to execute engagement strategies and change management to enable success.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional, global, and regional stakeholders to develop impactful content and programs.
  • Stay current and knowledgeable on market and industry trends in organizational development, culture, and leadership topics to ensure DTNA remains market competitive.
