Inside the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Organizational Development and Culture Specialist to lead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, foster a high-performance culture, and lead change management efforts for Daimler Truck Financial Services North America. DTFS is undergoing a complex transformation of its core business which will require many large-scale organizational development and transformation support initiatives, including the establishment of a Service Center in Mexico and a US Headquarters relocation to Charlotte, NC. This role will be instrumental in aligning people strategies with business goals through data-driven insights, collaborative facilitation, and innovative problem-solving for the US, Canada and Mexico and will be involved in supporting the transformational objectives for the region. What you Drive at DTFS: Design and implement organizational development strategies that support business transformation and cultural alignment. Analyze organizational data (e.g., engagement surveys, performance metrics) to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions. Support the organization in building a performance culture through leadership development and succession planning efforts through targeted programs and tools. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs and recommend improvements. Lead and facilitate workshops, focus groups, and strategic planning sessions to drive engagement and alignment. Partner with HR team and business leaders to develop and execute change management plans that support key initiatives. Collaborate with key stakeholders including internal communications to promote cultural initiatives and employee engagement campaigns. Collaborates closely with team-members, cross-functional partners at DTFS and DTNA, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to formulate effective responses for all types of workforce training needs. Leverages strong stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate and develop learning content. Knowledge You Should Bring: BS/BA in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology (or related field) and 5 -7 years of relevant experience (organizational development, culture transformation, or related HR function) or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. Proven facilitation skills with experience leading cross-functional sessions. Strong project and change management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Solid understanding of HR principles, organizational behavior, and talent development. Proven experience designing high impact learning and development programs that drive a high-performance culture. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and analytically. MS Office suite, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Exceptional Candidates Might Have: Workday proficiency. Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Be able to read, write, and speak Spanish. Experience defining and monitoring metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning and development programs. Change Management certification (Prosci or other related certification), or related proven expertise.
