The Organization Change Lead will drive culture, leadership, and organizational transformation initiatives that strengthen business performance and employee engagement. This role partners with all levels of the organization to shape culture, design effective operating models, and build leadership and team capability to support long-term success. You will be responsible for the development and execution of structured frameworks to help the organization assess how business processes and technology will impact organization structures, roles, and people. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP-driven business process change, change impact analysis, risk mitigation strategies, and experience supporting structural changes, role realignments, and best practices in organizational design.
