As we continue to evolve and grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Development Manager to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), this is a Senior Leadership Team (SLT) role, leading and driving the design, development and delivery of organisational culture and capability development frameworks, programs, and initiatives. In collaboration with the People Operations team and senior leaders across the organisation, this role drives key people initiatives spanning capability development, performance and talent, organisational design, change leadership and the implementation of Bulla’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy. The role is offered on a hybrid basis , with three days per week in the office (Derrimut/Colac).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or similar
  • Minimum ten (10) years HR/OD experience with exposure in advising and influencing at the Executive level
  • Ability to travel between sites (Derrimut/Colac) with a current driver’s license and roadworthy vehicle
  • A strong Organisational Development background with broad experience and knowledge in HR discipline areas (e.g. performance management, engagement, culture, leadership development)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a businesses’ transformation agenda through identification of high leverage interventions and understanding of sound change management principals.
  • Highly proactive, well developed project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, proven project management expertise, knowledge and experience in performance improvement, culture dissemination and change management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with particularly outstanding influencing skills

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute and participate in the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure our People are aligned to deliver the Corporate Strategy
  • Lead and coach the Learning and Development team at Bulla to drive improved visibility, standards and partnering across the business.
  • Sponsor Learning and Development initiatives, ensuring alignment to the Learning and Development Strategy
  • Lead the development, implementation and review of Bulla’s performance appraisal system and processes.
  • Drive compliance within the business with respect to completion of the annual performance appraisal (PDP) process
  • Develop and deliver support for talent sustainability through Talent Mapping processes.
  • Lead the Alignment and Engagement Survey (including any pulse checks) in conjunction with People Operations Manager to ensure action plans are integrated with P&C strategy.
  • Lead the development and implementation of any Performance Development systems and processes.
  • Support the business leaders to effectively design the required roles and structures, enabling an organisation structure with supporting development plans (including succession) that supports the strategic agenda of the business and enables high performance.
  • Influence and coach Line Managers to develop and model the desired interpersonal and leadership skills, to create a positive working environment in line with business values.
  • Support the design, delivery, and implementation of relevant training frameworks.
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy.
  • Provide reporting to the business and board as required.
  • Oversee the updating of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Dashboard to ensure data is informative and useful.
