About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Event Supervisors to join our team at the Oregon Convention Center! This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting the success of large-scale event parking operations.

Requirements

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
  • Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
  • Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event parking operations by directing staff and maintaining efficient traffic flow during events.
  • Assist the Parking Account Manager with implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage daily operations to ensure seamless execution of all event parking activities.
  • Supervise and mentor parking staff, providing guidance, support, and clear communication throughout shifts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and kindly, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Enforce parking regulations to promote safety and operational consistency.
  • Assist cashiers and oversee cashiering activities, ensuring accurate handling of transactions and reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all event areas, including monitoring for hazards and organizing cleanup efforts.
  • Collaborate with management on operational improvements and special projects as needed.
