About your role: We are seeking an Order-to-Cash (OTC) Master Data Specialist responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of OTC master data within SAP S/4HANA. In this role, you will partner closely with Billing, Finance, and IT to streamline the creation, validation, and maintenance of master data, supporting clean order processing, accurate billing, and reliable reporting. You will also advance automation by leveraging SAP Fiori and AI tools to reduce manual effort and enable touchless data maintenance. This position is a business operations role focused on customer and transactional master data governance and does not involve IT development, data analytics, or technical system configuration.

Requirements

2+ years of experience administering ERP master data.
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes (customer setup, sales material, billing dependencies, partner functions).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP S/4HANA OTC
Experience with Fiori apps for master data or workflow tasks.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Financials) or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain OTC master data in SAP S/4HANA, including Business Partners (sold-to, ship-to, payer, bill-to), Material master sales views, units of measure, listings, and customer–material relationships.
Partner with Billing to ensure master data supports billing accuracy, tax configuration, credit management, and downstream integrations.
Perform detailed validations across OTC master data objects to proactively identify and resolve gaps, inconsistencies, and errors.
Standardize request flows, improve controls and quality checks, reduce turnaround times, and clarify governance and role responsibilities across teams.
Lead automation initiatives using SAP Fiori-based master data apps, workflow enhancements, and AI-enabled validation to minimize manual entry.
Execute and support data migration and cleansing for SAP S/4HANA conversions, new customer onboarding, sales material management, and system enhancements.
Conduct routine audits and data integrity checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and governance policies; maintain up-to-date documentation and end-user guidance.
