Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Possesses an elevated level of competency in Microsoft Suite and comprehensive computer skills overall
  • Has excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to effectively address all levels across the organization
  • Ability to exercise tact and patience in solving customer problems and answering questions
  • Is flexible and meticulous while strategically solving problems independently and proactively - project management experience a plus
  • Embraces diversity and functions as a role model in adherence to MSS policies while constructively challenging the status quo or other team members
  • On-site at Masco Product Support
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position, often sitting for prolonged periods
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
  • Planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Must be able to work on the plant floor intermittently, abiding by all safety protocols
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch for extended periods.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position, either standing or sitting, for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the entire customer order lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, coordinating with various internal teams and managing customer interactions to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Oversees large-scale merchandising logistics:
  • Enters, edits and tracks orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery (adds items, changes addresses, duplication, fulfillment, cancellations)
  • Builds itemized picklist for outbound crates, kits, and any other shipping material.
  • Coordinates pickups and deliveries
  • Monitor and report inventory of consumables, components, and fixtures; request reorders as necessary
  • Tracks and reports metrics for inventory and fulfillment
  • Provides customer service support for other Merchandising Support areas including, but not limited to, new product launches, sales samples, inventory oversight
  • Serves as a liaison between multiple business groups while developing a strong rapport with customers and providing best-in-class service
  • Serves as main point of contact for customer questions and requests via email, phone, and chat.
  • Ability to assist with order picking, staging, and fulfillment as needed.
