About The Position

As an Order Puller, you play a critical role in keeping our production running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for pulling materials from inventory and delivering them to production teams according to job ticket instructions. Your attention to detail and ability to stay organized will directly support timely and accurate mailings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 40–45 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced production environment
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Must pass drug screen, E-Verify, and background check

Nice To Haves

• Basic Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Pick and deliver materials from inventory to production workstations
• Follow job ticket instructions accurately and efficiently
• Support operators to ensure uninterrupted production flow
• Handle materials safely and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work independently while contributing to a fast-paced team environment
