Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years related experience
- General knowledge of company products and customer service activities.
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Must be able to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands.
- Basic math skills
- Ability to apply common sense, understanding and problem solving
Responsibilities
- Sign & eSign Lien Release and Assignment Documents
- Manage daily print and print prep processes
- Respond to emails and processes email orders
- Runs/reviews pipeline reports
- Runs/reviews supplemental reports
- Tracks computer orders – auto generated
- Other duties as assigned
