About The Position

The Order Processor is responsible for answering customer inquiries, scheduling pick-ups via email, creating and managing customer orders, and processing orders efficiently. The role includes entering and managing customer information in a warehouse management system, as well as processing and monitoring shipping and receiving documentation and transactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
