This position ensures that all outbound material is meticulously processed. Your primary objective is to pull and stage customer orders with 100% accuracy and build safe, stable, and logically-sequenced loads for delivery. You are the engine of outbound velocity, ensuring our builders receive exactly what they need, when they need it. Defining the Role: Order Fulfillment: Accurately read pick tickets/scan guns; pull correct SKU/quantity from primary picking location. Load Building: Load trucks safely and efficiently in coordination with the Dispatcher’s route, organizing by delivery stop. Bottleneck Reduction: Immediately notify the Replenishment Specialist of low/empty stock. Load Prep: Stage, brand, wrap, or prepare materials for safe and damage free transport. Yard Customers: Assist with walk-in customers in the yard with their orders. Transfers: Reloading of internal transfer trucks. What Success Looks Like: Picking Accuracy Rate: Percentage of orders picked with zero errors. Velocity: Completing high number of order lines picked per hour. Quality Control: Ensuring minimal number of loading-related product damages. Workload Driver: The primary workload metric is the total sales order lines picked. Responsibilities

Accurately read pick tickets/scan guns; pull correct SKU/quantity from primary picking location.
