The Warehouse Order Picker is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity. The Order Picker is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
- Conduct operations in compliance with OSHA and MSDS Standards
- Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety
- Ensure picked items are accurate and free of damage
- Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled
- Label, tag, or mark orders as requested
- Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment
- Inspect and perform minor maintenance on the equipment
- Conduct physical inventories as required
- Repack and weigh any orders that require such handling
- Advise management of count issues on a timely basis
- Meet company standards for productivity
