About The Position

To fill customer specific orders-100% accurately and provisionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Forklift Driver Certification
• The employee must maintain a clean and safe work area using all safety equipment, safety glasses with side shields, steel-toed safety shoes, guards, report all safety violations, and report any accidents, injuries immediately.
• Performing all job functions in a safe and responsible manner adhering to all safety rules and instructions.
• Weight belts are required for this job.
• Operator must understand the importance of internal and external working relationships and communication.
• The relations between Departmental Supervisor, Managers, Engineering, Corporate, and all employees on and/or between shifts are very important.

Responsibilities

• To pick up a assignment.
• To sign on to the OLEC System.
• Responsible for picking the order.
• Determine whether the order goes to the packaging or dock area.
• Responsible for proper stacking of orders.
