Responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. What you’ll do Administering the verification of stock availability and order picking and preparing products for shipment or storage Carrying out marking and identifying containers with destination information Contributing to the maintenance of warehouse stock through operation of warehouse machinery Assisting with the implementation of established procedures for warehouse operations Operating forklift trucks to move, stack, load and unload materials, goods and products Shift This will be a 2nd shift position. The hours will be 3:30PM to 12AM midnight. What you’ll need High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, order picking, or packing experience is a plus Ability to lift and move boxes or materials when required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Working Conditions Full-time position Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production, and non-production areas. This position may require work 8 to 10 hours in a manufacturing setting. Ability to tolerate both high and low temperatures and loud noises, typical of a manufacturing plant. May be required to work overtime or on weekends, depending on the needs of the production schedule.
