Completes a number of processes and activities during the sales process with respect to an effective administration of proposals and sales orders (incl. Bid Management) for an assigned organizational unit or customer target group, concerning both sales and after-sales processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required
  • 7+ years experience required; 10+ years experience preferred
  • SAP experience
  • Proficient PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Project management skills
  • Team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Medical Devices or Healthcare Order-to-Cash processes preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage Equipment Order-to-Cash processes and policies
  • Implement elements of procurement and/or logistics processes to achieve highly efficient standards within (an) assigned area.
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, Controlling and Logistics functions to ensure acceptance of and adherence to processes, guidelines, and tools
  • Analyze and optimize the organization´s processes to enhance performance
  • Propose and take ownership for defined and assigned improvement projects
  • Propose and optimize use of automation for transactional business including RPAs, AI and other technologies.
  • Drive P58 transition including data clean up, process documentation and training coordination.
