The Role: More Than Just "Service" At MPS Mankato, we don't solely answer phones; we oversee the lifecycle of the components that power the world. We are seeking a process-driven Order Management Specialist to take ownership of the technical aspects of our customer relationships. In this role, you aren't reading from a script. You serve as the central connection between our clients, our foundry, and our external vendors. You will handle complex orders in our ERP system, coordinate "Value-Added Services" (such as painting, heat treating, and machining), and ensure every shipment's logistics are accurate.
