The Order Management Specialist is accountable for managing customer relationships, through phone and email communication, while maintaining a professional attitude to add value to the customer’s experience. Must be able to multi-task and be well organized to tackle ongoing problems and tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Order Management Specialist is the main point of contact for processing all customer orders as well as providing information updates as necessary. As an Order Management Specialist your role will take on many exciting and rewarding opportunities that will enhance our customers experience when it comes to aiding all of INFICON's products!
