About The Position

As an Order Management Specialist, you will be the key link between our sales team and domestic distributors, ensuring accurate and timely order processing while providing outstanding customer support. Your responsibilities will include: Partner with sales and distributors to deliver a positive customer experience. Receive, review, and process customer orders and inquiries with accuracy. Coordinate expedited orders and provide timely status updates. Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Respond to inquiries regarding delivery, pricing, and new products. Collaborate across teams to resolve questions, concerns, and issues. Review contracts and purchase orders to ensure quality requirements are met. Maintain reports, records, and systems for order tracking. Participate in cross-training and support special projects as assigned. You’ll be at the heart of our customer operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and building strong relationships that drive Fluke’s reputation for excellence. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in order processing or a similar role.
  • 2+ years of account management or customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer-facing experience, including phone support.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within established guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Passion for process improvement and continuous learning.
