As part of our Order Management team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring exceptional experiences for our customers and distributors. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team that values continuous learning, process improvement, and customer success. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be the key link between our sales team and domestic distributors, ensuring accurate and timely order processing while providing outstanding customer support. Your responsibilities will include: Partner with sales and distributors to deliver a positive customer experience. Receive, review, and process customer orders and inquiries with accuracy. Coordinate expedited orders and provide timely status updates. Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Respond to inquiries regarding delivery, pricing, and new products. Collaborate across teams to resolve questions, concerns, and issues. Review contracts and purchase orders to ensure quality requirements are met. Maintain reports, records, and systems for order tracking. Participate in cross-training and support special projects as assigned.
