About The Position

Sustainability is central to their business. The company is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled problem solver to join their growing HVAC business as an Order Management Representative. This individual will be responsible for listening to customer service related issues and offering solutions to Commercial Sales Offices.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, inside and/or outside sales, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must show the ability to handle difficult situations while remaining professional and courteous
  • Must demonstrate the ability to build strategic relationships across functions of an organization
  • Must exhibit the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and take initiative to implement them
  • Must actively seek and apply new knowledge, assimilate information quickly, and contribute to a culture of learning

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Commercial Sales Offices nationwide
  • Process released customer orders in Kodiak and MDP
  • Work with Engineering to ensure MDP spec file data is accurate
  • Answer incoming tickets from Sales Offices regarding order changes, order expedites, product returns, and other general inquiries
  • Research and resolve any customer issues
  • Attend production meetings and represent customer voice
  • Work cross-functionally with sales offices, product management, production, logistics, and shipping to meet customer requirements
  • Proactively keep current on product knowledge and customer service standard work
  • Use problem solving skills to improve processes
