Requirements

Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or order management.
Proficiency Microsoft Office and basic Excel skills required.
Excellent organizational, time management and written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the order process, coordinating with warehouse and shipping teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
Ability to work on computer for long periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Oracle preferred.
Knowledge of order management principles and best practices preferred.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter and process customer orders.
Resolve issues that may arise during the order process.
Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment.
Pull out of stock and tracking information.
Update relevant databases.
Provide updates to customers on the status of an order.
