In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in relevant work experience in the following: customer experience success, project execution, and manufacturing and/or supply chain
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining high attention to detail and customer focus
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy, contributing to high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI (as user not developer) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.
  • Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Acting as the first port of call for customers' queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues.
  • Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools.
