The Order Fulfillment position is responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to a staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will be working within all digital initiatives including: BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. Team Members are expected to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance, act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work as a team, move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and Fast, Friendly Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards is required. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized environment, inside the OMNI Space, including bin storage, and understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department.
