The Order Fulfillment role is responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. The Omni Experience Ambassador will be working within all digital initiatives including: BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. Team members are expected to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support club policies, procedures and compliance, strive for flawless execution, act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work as a team, move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. They are also expected to deliver service excellence to members, resolve and deescalate concerns, ensure a safe and positive environment for members, and commit daily to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate - GAA). The role also involves working as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, maintaining a clean and organized environment, especially in the OMNI Space, and understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department.
