About The Position

Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team! The Order Fulfillment Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This position is responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving orders to shipping products to customers. The specialist will work closely with inventory management to ensure that stock levels are maintained and that orders are filled in a timely manner. Attention to detail is essential, as the accuracy of order processing directly impacts customer satisfaction and retention. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience through effective order management. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in order fulfillment or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management software.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in business or logistics.
  • Experience with inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices.
  • SAP systems experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders through the order management system.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
  • Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, or customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels for reporting purposes.
