About The Position

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and conducting final quality control checks for cannabis products prior to shipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliant, efficient, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and regulatory adherence.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check as required by state regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
Willingness to follow strict safety, compliance, and PPE guidelines.

Prior fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick products based on order sheets or electronic order management systems.
Verify product information including strain, SKU, batch/lot number, and quantity.
Safely and securely pack products for delivery using appropriate materials and tamper-evident seals.
Apply state-compliant labels to packages, ensuring accuracy and legibility.
Conduct final quality control (QC) checks for accuracy, compliance, and packaging integrity.
Stage completed orders in the designated shipping area for pickup or delivery.
Maintain accurate records of fulfilled orders and report discrepancies or damaged product.
Follow company SOPs and state regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance.
Support warehouse organization, inventory management, and cycle counts as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
